Payment Policy

A valid Credit Card is required to secure the Reservation. Payment of the full amount should be settled 30 days prior to arrival. The amount is refundable if the reservation is cancelled prior the cancellation period.

Cancellation Policy

For the period from 10^th of April till 7^th of July and from 2^rd of September till 28^th of October, any cancellation or change of dates occurring within 7 days prior to arrival will result in cancellation fees of 30% of the total accommodation balance.

For the period from 8^th of July till 1^st of September, any cancellation or change of dates occurring within 14 days prior to arrival will result in cancellation fees of 30% of the total accommodation balance.

In the event of non-show or should there be an early departure, the 100% of the reservation balance will be retained in respect of our cancellation fees.
